That investigation, allegedly, uncovered a large marijuana grow which consisted of flowering plants and starter plants along with an undisclosed amount of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Taken into custody was James Garr.
Garr is charged with felony manufacturing of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance to go with a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.
